Industrial sliding gates for wide, busy entrances
Cantilever gates for factories, logistics hubs and ports, where trucks need a clean apron and the gate must keep cycling.

Why industrial sites drop the ground track
Commercial sliding gates on V-track wear out where forklifts and trucks cross them. Grit fills the groove, wheels flatten, and the gate starts to bind. A cantilever leaf hangs above all of that.
Our industrial gates use the heaviest 6005-T6 bottom beam, a 12-wheel carriage and a VFD drive that ramps up and down on every cycle to protect the gearbox.

Gate plus barrier: fast by day, sealed at night
Many plants pair a cantilever gate with a high-speed boom barrier and license plate recognition. During shift change the gate stays open and the LPR barrier handles throughput. After hours the cantilever gate closes and the infrared anti-climb system guards the line.
Because the gate controller accepts standard relay signals, the same LPR cameras and RFID readers can control both.
Industrial gate questions
How wide an opening can one leaf cover?
One leaf covers a clear span up to 18 m. For wider truck entrances we use two bi-parting leaves, up to 36 m in total.
Will heavy trucks damage the gate?
Trucks never drive over any gate part, because there is no track or ground guide in the opening. The posts and gantry sit outside the travel path.
What happens during a power cut?
A key-operated clutch releases the drive so the leaf can be pushed by hand with no more than 200 N of force.
Planning a truck entrance?
Send the opening width and the side space available. We size the beam, carriage and drive.
