Safety devices and access control

Five layers of protection and a controller that talks to the access systems you already use.

Five protection layers

Infrared sensor test on cantilever gate

Infrared beam detection

Photoelectric sensors on the posts stop and reverse the leaf if a vehicle or person breaks the beam. Coverage up to 20 m.

Pressure safety edge test

Pressure safety edge

A weatherproof rubber edge on the leading end stops and reverses on contact.

Mechanical anti-pinch guard

Mechanical anti-pinch

Guards on both sides of the motor housing keep fingers and debris out of the running gear.

Overhead sensor and light

An extra sensor watches the gate area while the warning light signals movement.

Emergency stop and release

A stop button cuts power at once. A key clutch frees the leaf for manual use at 200 N or less.

Access control devices that can trigger the gate

Plug into the access system you choose

The controller accepts dry-contact relay signals. That means LPR cameras, RFID readers, keypads, face or fingerprint terminals, video intercoms and mobile apps can all open the gate.

Peak hours can run through an LPR barrier while the gate stays open. At night the gate closes and the anti-climb alarm arms itself.

  • Remote control and push button as standard
  • Loop, radar or magnetic sensor inputs
  • Motor overload and thermal protection
  • Self-locking drive holds the leaf when stopped
